The M-TED laboratory has research positions for Master's students on the following projects:

• Study of nanoscale device physics on microelectronics via advanced scanning probe microscopy.

• Thermal characterization and diagnosis of Li-ion batteries

• Machine learning-assisted design optimization of energy storage systems

• Development of ultra-high resolution heat flow sensors for calorimetry, bolometry, and photonics applications
